Our moderators work closely with a senior partner throughout all phases of the project and have extensive experience using a wide range of projective techniques. Whether it be children, trendy teens, doctors, corporate executives, or housewives; they have the skills to get consumers to share their deepest feelings and perceptions.
We typically use independent field services to recruit the respondents and then employ our research staff as a “Double QC” control. Our database of some 10,000 consumers who have participated in any of our qualitative or referral based research is used to screen “professional participants”.
We offer state-of-the-art facilities at our headquarters in Taipei as well as focus group facilities in Taichung, Kaohsiung and Shanghai.
